Revenue and Profit
Revenue rose 42% YoY to EGP25.5 billion, while net profit after tax increased 50% YoY to EGP3.5 billion, reflecting robust operational performance.
Margins Expansion
Gross profit grew 63% YoY to EGP10.4 billion, with margins improving to 41% from 36% in 9M2024. EBITDA reached EGP6.6 billion, up 61% YoY, with a 26% EBITDA margin.
Strong Cash Flow
Cash collection from receivables and new sales increased 40% YoY to EGP26 billion. Construction spending rose 71% YoY to EGP10.5 billion.
Backlog and Outlook
The backlog of units sold and not yet delivered reached EGP225 billion, up from EGP110 billion in 9M2024. Executive Chairman Yasseen Mansour emphasized continued confidence in Egypt’s real estate market and plans to expand the portfolio in Egypt and UAE.
